The following policies and disclaimers are applicable to clients and potential clients of Eva Therapeutic Well-being. Policies are subject to change. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Scope of Practice

Services offered through Eva Therapeutic Well-Being are educational and wellness-based, not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure disease. Clients are encouraged to maintain regular medical care with a licensed healthcare provider.

Professional Standards

All sessions are conducted under the highest standards of ethical practice and confidentiality. Client information and data are handled with full privacy and respect.

Refund & Testing Policy

Testing must be completed within four months of purchase. If a test is not completed within that timeframe, it is considered expired and must be repurchased at full price. Lost or damaged HTMA kits can be replaced for a $50 fee. Refunds are not provided once a test has been ordered or a session completed.

Accessibility Statement

Eva Therapeutic Well-Being is proud to offer services regardless of vision, hearing, and other accessibility challenges. Due to medical concerns, we may not be able to provide services to everyone in the same capacity, but we would love to work with you in determining what we can do.

We strive to meet all WCAG AA standards on our website and hitting WCAG AAA standards where possible. If you find an issue with our web accessibility, please reach out and we would be happy to resolve the issue to ensure no one else encounters the same issue.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE POLICY

We reserve the right to refuse treatment to potential, existing, or current customers for the safety and well-being of our staff. Please direct any questions about this policy to us through the contact page.

COVID-19 VACCINE POLICY

Due to concerns with vaccine reactions and blood clots, no services will be provided within 45 days of your last COVID-19 vaccine. We will not be seeing clients in between doses to ensure no adverse reactions. You will also be required to complete a vaccine liability form due to the nature of contact and working with your body to reduce risk of any complications. You will be responsible for rescheduling your appointment if this pertains to you. If you come to your appointment and you fall in this window, we retain the right to refuse services and you will still be required to pay for the time slot if not cancelled within the 24-hour cancellation policy. Please be understanding as we navigate these times. Our concern is for everyone’s health and safety.
